An Amish Widow's New Love by Vannetta Chapman

This was a story of a young widow's financial plight after her husband's passing.  He has left her with more debt than she can handle and she moves to a new Amish community.  She has nothing to her name except those debts and the house she purchased after the sale of her past home.  Will the new community accept her and how will she and her sons forge a new path?  This was a really good book and I enjoyed it very much.  She finds help through Amos Yoder, the owner of the Amish Market.  And then she finds a wonderful community and more!

I really enjoyed this Amish romance and I recommend this book.  You won't want to miss it!

I received an ARC copy of this book.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The Amish Christmas Promise by Amy Lillard

Mattie finds herself expecting a child as her husband unexpectedly passes on.  Samuel is her husband's twin, one who left the Amish and was shunned by his Amish community.  He has come back to keep a promise to care for his twin brother, David's family.

I so enjoyed this sweet romance.  The characters were all believable and Samuel was trying to find his path back to his Amish community, but because of his past life experiences, he is having a difficult time moving forward.  Gossip spreads quickly and things become more and more difficult.

I loved the little goat in the story, always into mischief.  I really thought this was a most engaging book.  I was caught up in it right away.  This was a very sweet romance.  But will Samuel be able to move beyond the events of his former English life?

I received a complimentary copy of this book.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Snowbound Amish Survival by Mary Alford

This book is so full of suspense.  It totally leaves you on the edge of your seat as it tells its tale.  It is so riveting!  Hope and Naomi find themselves in danger and that danger is relentless on finding her.  There seems to be no escaping the attackers and no safe place to run to.

Wow, this book took my breath away.  It's an absolute page turner, and you won't be able to turn the pages fast enough to see what happens next.

I love a real mystery and suspense and with a little bit of romance edging its way into the situation.

This is a book that doesn't disappoint and never has a dull moment.  I highly recommend it!

I received an ebook copy of this book from the author.  All thoughts are my own.

Our Christmas Promise by Tara Randel

Best friends.  Forever.  This story was really a great Christmas theme.  Makes you happy!  Loved the story.  Seems like maybe there will be a sequel???  This series is a connected one, which I really like.  the village of Christmas Town has many characters that come into play in a continual story.  Love it!

I loved how they were such good friends and that perhaps to one of them that foundation was growing.  I recommend this very sweet and happy story.  It will put you in the Spirit!

I received a copy from the author.  All thoughts are my own.

Dry Creek Daddy by Janet Tronstad

This was a very nice read.  Nothing complicated just an easy read about two people who had once cared for one another and due to unexpected events, gone their separate ways.  As they find repentence and healing, will they be able to mend the fences that were broken or find other ways?  Will their child find the healing that he needs?

A good story.  I enjoyed it!

Alaskan Reunion (Alaskan Grooms) by Belle Calhoune

This was a sweet romance with the themes of forgiveness, trust, and making amends.  The book featured Paige Reynolds whose father's schemes caught her in the backfire.  As a result, she is not welcomed back to town with open arms.  Yet she wants to repair her father's damages.

It is a sweet story and I enjoyed it.  I liked the lessons learned and felt Christian readers would enjoy it very much.
