The Orchard at the Edge of Town by Shirlee McCoy

I had the pleasure of reading and reviewing Shirlee McCoy's new book.  I enjoyed the book very much and hope to be able to read more of her books in the future.

This book has some romance, a little mystery, and two people with broken hearts, each hoping to make things better in their lives.

Apricot Sunshine Devereux-Miller is the product//daughter of  flower children/hippie generation parents.  She finds herself in her aunt's home in Apple Valley in an effort to get things in her life back in order and in so doing, meets a basket of kittens that bring some interesting happenings into her life.

Simon is raising two daughters alone.  But he has no desire to find a mom for them at this time.  But as they cross paths, so do their hearts.  It's a sweet read and nice easy going romance, with some mysterious events to make for a very interesting read.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher for my honest review, which I have given.  No monetary compensation was received.
