The House at the End of the Moor by Michelle Griep

I found this book to be very intriguing!    I had a hard time putting this one down.  This book was written in first person present tense for the character of Maggie.  The author has a most eloquent way of writing.  The writing is exquisitely done.  The story is totally engaging and  a page turner.

I enjoyed it and think you will too!
