I was lucky enough to win this for the grandkids.  This very interesting children's book takes you back in time when life was so different.  A time when royals were in control.  It tells how life would be if you were a young person living in this time and place.  The culture was so fascinating and there are amazing illustrations of people and places.  There are portraits and descriptions of people that were well known during this period and a glossary to teach new words to the reader.

This book is a part of a multi-part series of cultures, countries and people.  Very good for youth to begin to understand the world around them.
