Peace in the Mountain Haven by Misty M. Beller (Call of the Rockies Series Book 7)

 

Misty Beller knows how to write about adventure.  As Hugh is asked to ensure that Watkuese and her 6 year old daughter make it safely to their destination, he finds the young girl much more of a challenge than he expected.  At the same time he sees something very special in Watkuese despite not having expected it at all.

Both Hugh and his brother, who is traveling with him, are wonderful characters and as they experience many hardships to overcome, you can see their personalities shining through. The entire series has been exceptional and this book is a wonderful addition to the previous books.  There was drama, action and romance as the book progresses.

The author did an excellent job on this book.  And I am lucky to have an opportunity to read it!
