This was the first book that I have read from this author. It was a bit different than I had expected it to be. having been a Louisa May Alcott fan. It did take me a while to get into the book maybe because of the time-slip factor. I did enjoy it as I got into it a bit further. There are some sad parts as Johanna, Taylor and Victoria struggle with their personal problems, some very serious scenes to read.
It was interesting, but I had hoped it would be a bit different than it was.
